Meet the team

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is one of the UK’s leading providers of affordable housing, care and support services for people living in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England. Our specialist areas include older people, mental health and transitional services which provide intensive support to marginalised or vulnerable people.

A member of the National Housing Federation and the G15 – which represents London’s largest housing associations – we influence policy for the benefits of our residents and the wider sector. We deliver training programmes, events and activities for our residents, designed to boost employment opportunities and foster stronger communities.

Harnessing the determination to provide safe and good quality affordable homes has characterised us as a housing provider for almost 70 years, this continues to resonate today. Delivering a 100% affordable housing scheme is a true reflection of our purpose as a social landlord.

MTVH has made significant strides in how we listen to residents and equally, providing readily accessible opportunities for our residents to get involved. Our teams are continually able to offer direct assistance to our residents and customers in all sorts of ways, from advice on debt or benefits, to problems coping with food and fuel poverty. We want to get the basics right in order to deliver better homes that are well maintained.
